The room was decent and clean, but the bathroom door didn't latch properly, and there were signs of wear throughout, like a broken counter. Breakfast was misleading. only pastries were available, which was disappointing. Staff was responsive, but the atmosphere could use improvement.

The room offered a comfortable bed, and the staff were friendly. However, the cleanliness left much to be desired, with stained sheets and a dirty restroom. Plus, there were maintenance issues like a broken smoke detector and a filthy microwave. A mixed experience overall.

I was shocked by the filthy condition of our room, especially finding roaches in the dresser and a disgusting bathtub. The pool was decent but not fully clean. I wouldn't stay here again.

While the room was clean and comfortable, there were a few drawbacks. The air conditioning unit had mold, and the breakfast was disappointingly just pastries without any hot options. Still, the location was convenient and the staff were friendly enough to make the stay enjoyable overall.

missingWrote a review on Sept 04coffee shopample parkingunclean roomuncomfortable beds
I was travelling with my family and booked a room with a coffee shop nearby. The convenience of having that option made our mornings easier. There was plenty of space for parking as well, which was a plus for our road trip. However, I found there were no decent options for walking my dogs nearby, even though Beech Lake was just a drive away.
The room was not clean. There were cobwebs in the windows. The beds did not have fitted sheets, making the night uncomfortable. I would not recommend staying here again.

Arriving at the hotel, the room wasn't ready, requiring a 20-minute wait. Once inside, it was far from clean. the floors had a sticky residue, and the bathroom had a strong odor. Despite moving to another room, the issues persisted, including noticeable cleanliness problems and disturbances from other guests. The pool had potential but wasn't maintained well. Staff politeness was a rare bright spot in an overall unpleasant experience.
